The Simplicity SZT 250 is powered by the popular American engine manufacturer Briggs and Stratton's Professional Series™ 8270 V-Twin Engine which provides a huge 724cc of power to help run the tractor efficiently for long periods of use. The cutter deck is set up to side eject the grass clippings but have the option to fit a mulch plug to give a much finer finish and if mulched correctly, no signs of clippings should be visible. The fabricated deck provides more strength as it is a thicker material to the usual machine pressed decks plus houses 3 cutter blades offering a cutting width of 48".
The steering of any Zero Turn is excellent and allows you to turn the tractor a complete 180 degrees on it's axle and is extremely responsive by moving the drive levers which means you are in complete control of how fast you travel & in which direction you go. Plus the front & rear suspension means for a much more enjoyable ride even over rougher, uneven conditions.
The SZT 250 also features a cargo bed which is situated behind the comfortable mid-back adjustable seat with arm rests which enables to to transport important items such as tools, other garden equipment & more importantly your lunch so you can stay working at the site for longer periods of time to get the job finished quicker.
